Dr. Acacio Cardoso Amaral is a lecturer and researcher. He graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Udayana University, Bali in 1999, from a Master of Tropical Veterinary Science, James Cook University, Australia in 2004 and a Doctor of Philosophy from the School of Biomedical and Veterinary Science, Murdoch University, Western Australia in 2011. He has been a permanent lecturer at the Animal Science Department and Animal Health Department of the National University of Timor Lorosa’e since 2006 and also a lecturer at the Institute Polytechnic Betano Timor-Leste since 2017. As a lecturer he teaches about major animal diseases, epidemiology and parasitology.
