Dr. Romeo Gundran is a Professor and former Dean of the College of Veterinary Science and Medicine at Central Luzon State University. He teaches Veterinary Epidemiology in both undergraduate and graduate programs. He is a Fellow of both the Philippine College of Veterinary Epidemiologists and the Philippine College of Veterinary Public Health. He is a founding member of the Philippine One Health University Network and an Honorary Diplomate of the American Veterinary One Health Society (formerly the American Veterinary Epidemiology Society). For several years, he played a significant role in administering the National Applied Veterinary Epidemiology Training (AVET) Program in the Philippines. Dr. Gundran served as a Lecturer for Regional FETPV and Mentor for APCOVE. He has been a Trainer in various International Trainings conducted in Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, and the Philippines. Currently, he is a member of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Technical Committee for the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program.
